Terms & Conditions 


These Terms and Conditions form part of your agreement with Rebel Coaching Co. You understand that the Coach is employed with Rebel Coaching Co and you are entering into a contract with Rebel Coaching Co. Your instructions to commence personal coaching will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when you will become a client (a “Client” or “you”). You are asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Trainer’s Obligations 

The Coach will use his/her skills and knowledge to design a safe program of exercise and training that will take into account your lifestyle, personal goals, fitness levels and medical history. The Coach will provide the schedule, sessions, advice and support that you will need to achieve your goals. You understand that the results of any coaching programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends greatly on your effort and cooperation before, during and after your sessions. In particular you acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by your Coach. 

Your Obligations 

It is understood between you and your Coach that both must commit to your training program in order for you to achieve results in the safest manner as instructed. You are required to provide feedback for sessions and general health and wellness through the Today's Plan platform. You are required to wear the appropriate clothing and footwear (with specific mind to visibility and road safety) during all relevant training sessions.

You are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PARQ”) before officially joining Rebel Coaching Co. In certain circumstances, Rebel Coaching Co may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your general practitioner. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Coach of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury. If your Coach requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details. 

You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise - particularly one involving a large amount of time in bodies of water and on public roads. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that Rebel Coaching Co is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act. You are responsible for providing a safe exercise environment and the Coach or Rebel Coaching Co accept no liability for injury due to an unsafe environment provided by you. Your Coach cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions or medications not previously listed on the health questionnaire. 

Cancellation and Refunds 

Billing takes place on the 1st day of each month. After that time, refunds cannot be issued. Once paid, your monthly fees are non-refundable and nontransferable. We request a one month cancellation period. 


In the unlikely event of your Coach being unable to continue your training, for any reason, Rebel Coaching Co will attempt to match you with another Coach to fulfill the remainder of your paid period or will refund you for all months during which full coaching services were not provided. will notify you of any change. 

You are responsible for keeping all your contact information, payment information, and marketing preferences up to date with Rebel Coaching Co. Rebel Coaching Co will only do what you ask, or what you have given permission to do with any personal or sensitive information held about you.
